2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
* Payment Processing: MarketScan uses Stripe to process payments. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method.
* Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
* Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
3. AI-Generated Content & Professional Disclaimer
* AI Generation: MarketScan uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated algorithms to generate reports and insights.
* No Professional Advice: The reports generated by MarketScan are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional business advice.
* Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality data, PDX Intelligence does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated reports. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before making business or financial decisions based on Service output.
4. User Data and Storage
